Every time I come to this branch I'm annoyed by the lack of tellers and employees. Twice I've walked out without completing my transaction. They are always understaffed and expect 1-2 tellers to take care of the 15+ people in line. Its no wonder that when you finally get to the teller they looked annoyed and are hating their jobs. They have 7 windows but only bother to use 2 max...why not use the other 5? I ask the teller why there is only 2 people working (I always get a different teller) and the response is always the same. "I'm sorry we are just understaffed". So in the end this branch has been understaffed for 2 years so far. Its sad.
