  • This was my second visit. First I got a burnt pizza that tasted horrible cause they forgot the pizza was in the oven. It wasn't busy that time either. This time I placed my order online, and when arrived it wasn't ready, they didn't even have the order. The "manager" was nice and gave me 20 percent off, but what's a discount if the pizza is burnt again. I'll never go back. This place is an insult to pizza, restaurants, and Chicago. The Rosati brothers should and would be ashamed
