  • One good experience. One awful one. Nice to walk around and get ideas. We picked some travertine that was very nice for a bathroom. For another bathroom we picked out some marble. A week after we purchased the tile, and the day before we were supposed to pick it up they told us that they didn't have the tile and wouldn't get it for a month. No, they won't ship it to you. No, there's nothing they can do. So we're looking at having to move our remodel because they can't get a tile that is still on their shelves. Just bad customer service.
