rev:text	Banner Thunderbird Children's ER is BY FAR the scariest, most incompetent place I have ever taken my children. Seriously people, I'm a nurse, and I'm telling you, this place is downright INCOMPETENT!!! I have always had very good CHILDRENS ER care at MENDYS PLACE! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT take anyone to Banner Thunderbird. It's so unsafe, I believe it should be closed down. After WAITING 4 HOURS TO SEE A PHYSICIAN, My son had a terrible reaction to one of the IV medications. I was calling for help like crazy. NO ONE ever came! The nurse pushed three IV medications into my son and never ever returned. NOT EVER!! I was standing outside the door yelling for help! It was atrocious! He ended up peeing all over himself, I called for more help, still no one ever came. Then finally some smart Alec young male nurse comes in and I said "why isn't anyone coming when I call for help". He looked at the call light and said, "Oh, this isn't working." Then he walked out and I never saw anyone again. The IV pump was beeping like crazy, I was calling for helping, my son was crying.... I ended up pulling his IV out myself and walked out of there. No one ever cared or noticed. PLEASE, DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILDS LIFE BY GOING TO BANNER THUNDERBIRD, PLEASE CONSIDER MENDY'S PLACE. My children always receive high level, compassionate care. I actually have video on my phone to prove what was happening to my child and how no one ever responded. Message me and I will gladly share proof of the incompetency and you can decide for yourself if you want your child to look and act like mine did after checking into BANNER THUNDERBIRD Trust me, there's more, starting from check in with triage nurse who told us we should just go home. As a nurse, I KNOW how illegal it is for another nurse to diagnose and dismiss us without a medical screening exam. He's lucky we didn't leave, HELLO EMTALA VIOLATION!!!!!
