I like the look of this place. It is comfortable and attractive, and the outside seating had heaters. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't that great. My husband tried the mussels, which were cold and not cooked together with the sauce. I had a steak shish kabob, which was just ok, and the sauce did not taste like mole as promised in the menu. Also, though the bar and restaurant were completely empty, they didn't let us order happy hour at the tables. Most restaurants are willing to be flexible about this.
