  • Sydney Jorde was terrible from start to finish. She said she would communicate if she needed anything. I gave her my email and phone number along with my husband's contact information and my real estate agents information. The title company was supposed to release some funds (per the messed up sale) they decided to mail them thru the post office with a normal stamp and no tracking. It took 10 business days to arrive. She apparently didn't have my wiring instructions but didn't contact me about it. I then called her to see what was happening so she told me what she needed and I gave it to her. I verified my information and then told her to please contact me anyway she could if there was a problem. No contact. After two days of no wire my real estate agent contacted her to see what the problem was. Sydney Jorde claimed that she never spoke with me and never received my info. A few hours later after being made aware of her mistake she tried to blame the entire situation on me and my realtor. She claimed that she wasn't aware we wanted out wire transfer to go immediately. Sydney Jorde is terrible! Do not work with her! You will be waiting for your money for an additional week
