  • This could have been a very entertaining and challenging room if it weren't for the lack of professionalism and organization. To start, the staff grouped a random group of 2 to our group of 8 when other escape rooms I've been to would extend the courtesy to ask if that would be okay. They just shoo'd us into the waiting room and expected us to play with 2 strangers. Second and more importantly, the room wasn't even set up properly for us! A safe (MAJOR clue) was left open and messed up our order and thinking process. This threw everyone off. This happened a second time when a journal entry wasn't hidden in the right spot and confused us some more. The staff didn't apologize or say anything until we brought it up, and they gave us (group of 8) just one card with a 30 percent discount on the next play. Thanks? But don't have much faith we'll be going to this locked room again..
