| - Experience was 5 stars, but Goodtime III is only getting 4 stars from me because of the price $25 per person for the Saturday night river cruise / city lights - and includes no drinks or anything. Drinks were somewhat gross / cheap in taste, so make sure to drink up a bit before the ride.
I looked everywhere for discounted tickets (if anyone has suggestions please let me know) but ended up paying full price for 6 of us. It said to be there by 930 but it kept boarding until 9:55pm and left at 10pm.
Location: very easy to find. Decent parking options around.
Ambiance: top deck for viewing, actually Cle looks pretty cool from the top view. Second level played 90s hip hop/pop songs which got old about 5 songs in, and DJ was not super friendly nor looking for suggestions. Bottom level live blues band was surprisingly fun and I would recommend hanging out here, even if you have to start the dance party yourself. On first and second level, you don't see any view, so if you're there for the scenery stay on top deck.
Crowd: a very diverse and random set of people, which I think is so much fun!
Dress: even in the summer, dress accordingly, while the boat is incredibly stable it is breezy on the top deck and I was thankful for my sweater. Lower decks were warmer.
Lower your prices or offer some better options Goodtime, and you'll see my again.
