  • Very disappointed in my service. I was informed a pedicure would be $5.00 more for callus removal. Isn't that a normal part of a pedicure? I do my feet weekly at home so they were not very callused. I heard that said to all customers so it wasn't just me. I had a $35 gift card. They guy that did my nails punched in the numbers and rudely said to me "it's no good". He then stalked off leaving me standing there. After a few minutes another guy came up and punched in the numbers and card worked fine. No apologies for the primary Donna attitude I loved going there when it was Tonya' s but will not be going back with the current employees.
