  • I took my Lexus in to have the passenger side airbag replaced test was affected by a recent recall. Dropped off the car & was provided a loaner vehicle Great service and accommodating but that changed after the pickup of the vehicle Got the vehicle home and saw a yellowish translucent dried liquid that had been splashed onto the front driver side fender, 1/2 of the hood from the front to the middle, the front bumper & entire grill I brought it back and showed the Service Manager and he immediately said They didn't do it Well I certainly didn't. They said it looked like a soda can that had exploded on it. With the amount it would have had to have been an entire 6 pack They told me that it wasn't their problem and I thanked them for NOTHING I told them I would never be back and that I would tell all of my family & friends what they sent out and were NOT willing to do ANYTHING! Very DISAPPOINTED & OUTRAGED with their ATTITUDE & NON customer service oriented
