  • I would not recommend this company's branch in Charlotte. Although the day of the move went pretty smooth (even considering that my chandelier was broken), working with management after the move, on the claim has been horrible! I paid over $700 and tipped each worker for their work, for a move within the same zip code, and still, I have been treated like I broke my own chandelier (which was NOT apart of the move at all), and chairs, and then asked them to pay for it. I called and gave a very detailed description of the broken chandelier, which was only broken because a mover decided to stack 3 boxes high, while carrying them into the house, I guess forgetting that I had a brand new chandelier in my dining room. The crystals shattered as the fell to the floor. There were a few crystals that did not break but noticeably chipped, and the mover hung them back on the chandelier, and then sent a picture to his manager. When I talked to the manager I explained I needed 10 new crystals, because the ones that the mover decided to hang up himself (I guess to cover his coworkers butt), were chipped. Steven, the manager I spoke with, was very rude our first call, and instead of reassuring me that all would be fixed and being apologetic, he was seemingly annoyed. Well Monday, I received the crystals, and there was only 5. Furthermore, I had spoken with Steven's manager, Rachel, and even speaking with her did not rush the process, and I still received the crystals after the first event that I hosted at my home, which was almost two weeks after the move. Also, I have two broken arm chairs, that no one has contacted me about fixing yet. I will definitely be contacting the Two Men and a Truck corporate office and the BBB. Customers shouldn't have to pay this much money for a "reputable" company, and then have to chase down the company once THEY BREAK your belongings. Definitely go with another company, if you want them to appreciate your business, and take your claims seriously after your move.
