| - If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told I was lying, by the manager, when I asked to have my son's happy meal fixed! It was crazy. The manager was arguing with me and accusing me over a small fry and a troll toy. I go here often so it's a shame, especially since I've been a good customer. Up until now, I received good service even when my order was not right. I don't need to lie to get a free toy. I am totally appalled. Beware, check your order at the window!! Even then she might say you took the items out!! Here's what happened if you care to read on.
Ordered a Happy meal at the drive thru... was handed the box with chocolate milk on the side. Got home, son opened the box and asked where the toy was. He closed up the box and handed it to me. I opened the box and indeed there was no toy. Not the first time, so I headed back to the drive thru, only one car. I said I was missing the toy and would like his meal redone as it is now gretting cold. Was told to pull up to window. Saw there were 2 cars actually ahead but no big deal... To a small kid, the toy is the whole reason to get a happy meal.
The manager at the window said she packed the box and everything was in there including an extra fry. I said I don't know what to tell you but there was only a tiny fry and no toy and I'd like a new fry and a toy. She refused and said she packed it right and gave me an extra fry that I must have taken out. I said , No and I have no reason to lie. I asked her if she was willing to loose a customer because I am not lying. She said the best she could do is give me am toy. I said Ok, and she hands me a GIRL toy...... but of course she packed my box, right (for a boy).
I know it's just a toy but the bigger issue is to be told I was lying and trying to trick them by removing things from the happy meal, in front of my son. Meanwhile my son is telling me on the way home that he didn't lie. I have never been treated so poorly. Sad, just sad....
