I brought my son to Good Night Peds on Wednesday April 15 around 6:30pm. The wait was long, but I didn't mind as we have been here before and the care was pretty good for being an urgent care. This time, however, was different. The receptionist was very kind and the only reason I am giving them a 2 star. The MA's were unfriendly and the DO on duty was even worse. When I started to explain what had been taking place with my son she stopped me and said "what are you here for, his throwing up or his ears?" I am not a doctor, nor do I want to be, but I would think to give a correct diagnosis they may be interested in what has been taking place and maybe have some ideas or suggestions. I was a little taken back by her comments and informed her that I am there for his ears, however, these other things may or may not be related and if they are unimportant suggest that I take him to his pediatrician instead of being nasty, after all without paying customers you don't have a job!! Needless to say I will not suggest Good Night Peds or take my kids there again. I will drive the extra 2 miles to Phx Children's Urgent Care.
