rev:text	When business goes smoothly, it's easy to be good. I had a problem at Chapman- might have been my fault, might have been theirs- we disagree. But there's no disagreement about who went WAY out of their way to make it right- Chapman did. Not only would I recommend Chapman, but they'll get my business in the future. I live in San Diego and flew to Phoenix to buy a car from them, and if I need another, I'll fly again. Great folks, highly recommended.
