  • Let me tell you I had the best experience, start to finish, at stamps! I'm young and don't have a mechanic in phx. I made an appointment at stamps and spoke with bill who was so genuinely nice, and he advised that I bring my car in and do a diagnostic. I was completely in fear of being taken advantage of but Bill was so confident and assured me that it would be ok. I went Thursday morning and made the decision to stay and wait in the lobby and I have to say it was a complete pleasure to watch bill do what he loves, people came and went, call after call , bill was authentic and nice to every person! Since no one really waits for their car it was just him and I talking about how we miss California Mexican food and the type of cars that will need the least maintenance, not once did he dismiss me or make me feel like I was a distraction. Bill didn't give me the laundry list of things I had to do immediately with my car and My total wasn't too bad seeing that I also did the diagnostic and I would have paid my arm and leg just because I had a great experience. I will totally me back! Oh and don't be shocked if he ask you where your car was made, it's his thing! Lol
