My car was dropped off at night with a note of the problems. At approximately 7 AM the next day Bill Large called me and reviewed my list. Around 3:30 PM Bill called and said the problem was still not identified by the technician and that they would be performing a test overnight. The following day Bill called, said the test did not work but they located the problem. They would get the part and have the car ready. By noon Bill called and said my car was ready.
Wow, I never had to call--very unusual when dealing with other dealerships. Bill was totally professional and kept me updated. I am totally pleased with the service and believe Coulter is a top dealership because of Bill.
