I am not a fitness-oriented person and have never been a fan of classes/yoga/Zumba etc... However, I needed to get in shape and start working out so I looked into Orange Theory. Hesitantly I went in for the free class to see what it was all about and after this class, I was hooked!! You are with a group however, the classes are individualized and based on your heart rate. I felt very comfortable and it was easy to follow the instruction. Every class is different so it keeps me from getting bored and quitting. When I leave I feel great because of the total body workout - I have never lifted weights before and now I love it. Jerid is an awesome trainer and I love how he coordinates the sessions. Bottom line - if you are afraid to try it, so was I... just do IT... It is not intimidating at all, you will love it.
