I went here for my 25th birthday and it was decent from the initial booking to the game play.
The rooms are based on difficulty and can only allow a certain number of people. Being that I had a large group (26 people), the staff were able to accommodate us by staggering our game play. They also gave us a discounted price which was sweet. Each room is set up to play for ~45 minutes. You do have the option to get a hint from the staff if you get stuck. Beware, the rooms are pretty small and one of them use handcuffs.
The room I was in had a good theme and seemed to flow together nicely. I liked the concepts and problem solving methods they incorporated. My one and only suggestion would be to ensure you have a math whiz with you as I heard it was a necessity for majority of the rooms. Mind you, they do keep changing so it's hard to say if a math genius is going to help you. There isn't really much I can say regarding the game strats without giving it away.
All in all, everyone had a good time and enjoyed their play. Some said the rooms were easily solved while some other friends said it was super challenging. It was awesome to do something so out of the box for a birthday!
