| - Located in Henderson, Ramen Kobo, a popular Ramen shop. offers the lovable flavors Shoyu, Tonkotsu, Tonkotsu-Shoyu, and Miso Broth. They also have the option for a Veggie Ramen. Instead of a normal Chashu (Pork) you receive Beansprouts, Spinach, and etc in your Ramen.
I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and added my usual Nitamago (2 egg/which is just an egg cut in half) and Nori (Seaweed). The first time I went, the Noodles was nice and soft, the broth goes nicely with the noodles; but, it was thick almost like watery gravy. The second time I went, which is most recent; the broth was a nice flavor and wasn't thick, but just right.
The first time I went, they had ground meat as one of the toppings on my Ramen. The second time I went, they had the usual piece of meat like other Ramen shops. Also at Ramen Kobo, you can choose the level of spiciness for your ramen. The room was quite small, so if you go in a large group it might take a while to be seated, but it was a fun experience.
There's a window near the entrance where you can watch them make the noodles, they call it the Noodle Factory. The staff was really nice and helpful when I went. It had a nice atmosphere to visit with friends and family.
