| - I am new to "Yelp" as I am not one to give "Reviews" on the social media mainstream, but A+ Collision Center is very deserving of positive praises and commendations. If you are contemplating in choosing an auto body repair shop for your vehicle, PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!
A few weeks ago, I was involved in a minor accident on the I-15 freeway going to work. The damage was on the driver's side and the other party was at fault. A few days later, I was informed to take my 1999 Toyota Camry to A+ Collision Center. I was a little apprehensive in taking to an auto body shop as I had prior work done at a particular dealership from another accident a few years ago. I pulled into the parking lot at A+ Collision Center and as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, I was greeted by Mr. Abe Kechkarian. He saw the dent and immediately began to assess the damage. I told him that this car meant a lot to me and he reassured me that everything was going to be ok because it will be repaired the in the correct manner. After filling out the paper work, Mr. Kechkarian educated me on the procedures and methods they use to restore their customers vehicles back to the original condition. A process that is done the right way the first time. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Kechkarian knowledge, expertise, and professionalism.
Throughout the day, I was pondering the thought that since the driver's side of my car was being repaired in an auto body shop at the other party's expense, how much would it cost to fix all the dents, scratches, and dull paint on the exterior of my 1999 Toyota Camry. I called Mr. Kechkarian and asked for an estimate on a total exterior restoration and that I was possibly looking into purchasing another vehicle. He called me back a short time later and gave me a price that was half of my numbers. Mr. Kechkarian stated that he was giving me the special "Abe" rate and that my Toyota Camry will be restored back to life and look like it came out of the dealership show room. Without hesitation, I agreed to have the services done.
While my car was in the shop, I very much appreciated the updates that I received from Mrs. Maira Carter (Office Manager) and Mr. Kechkarian. Mrs. Carter is a wonderful person who cares about her customers and made sure everything was in order. Mr. Kechkarian is truly a genuine kindhearted and soft spoken soul who attentively listens to his customers and pays special attention to the precision and accuracy of the details in the repair and restoration process of his customer's vehicles.
I was floored when I saw my Toyota Camry. I knew I got the steal of the century: a New 1999 Toyota Camry. I checked out the entire vehicle as well as rub my hands across the body to find any flaws, blemishes, or imperfections only to find none. Abe stated they stripped it down and removed layers of paint and paid special attention to certain areas of the vehicle. Door by door, fender by fender, they took apart the Toyota Camry to make sure that there was no over spray and that the body was straight. After checking out very corner of the Toyota Camry, my neighbor in Anthem, NV, a successful retired auto body shop owner (45 years) from Palm Springs, Ca was very impressed with the professional quality of work done and stated that I got a great deal with all the time, labor, and supplies that went into it. I wished that I had taken pictures of it before it was serviced.
DO NOT BUY a used or new vehicle! If you have a car that has imperfections, save $$$ and let A+ Collision Center bring it back to its original glory and restore it to new showroom quality.
Thank you A+ Collision Center, Mr. Abe Kechkarian, and Mrs. Maira Carter for restoring my 1999 Toyota Camry to a new life. All of my doubts have been erased and from this day forward, A+ Collision Center will be my one stop shop. I will spread the good word throughout.
