  • I'm changing my 2* review to 1*! I called on Tuesday to have my prescription refilled. On Thursday morning it still hadn't arrived, so I called to see when it would. The receptionist said that it was sent out Wednesday and would arrive "today". When I still didn't have it Friday morning I called back. After they looked at my account for 10 minutes they called and said it was delivered on Tuesday. I called my bank, and they said Vasco didn't run the card until Wednesday. Vasco doesn't mix the medicine until after they run card. Well they sent out (what they are calling) a replacement, but did not include the correct amount of needles. When I called and told them, they said the order is for 6. No it isn't, the last 4 times you gave me 10-12 needles. And this order was a refill so it should be the same. Old review giving them 2* -- Today I had my husband go into the office to pick up my meds, and he came back without needles. The medicine I take is injected so he went back in to get the needles and the girl behind the desk told him they didn't carry the needles he was asking for- even though they were shipped to me the last 3 times I bought the meds from them this month. So I went in and she called someone from the back, and was told yes they did carry those needles. Shocker! I got 2 vials, and each vial is suppose to be 10 uses, but I can get 13 or 14 out of them. Since I pay out of pocket I asked if we could get extra needles. She said she would give me 22. So I get 2 spare needles? Thanks. Then she said I owed for the needles. I told her when I get the meds shipped to me the needles are included. She continued to tell me I still needed to pay. So I pull up my credit card statement and show her the last 3 times I paid for the oil they were all the same price as what I was paying today- minus the needle charge. So then she looked into it on her computer and said I didn't have to pay. When I placed my third order I asked for a new sharps container since mine was already full. I was told to have my dr call and request one. You have sent me 40 needles, I need a new one I don't see why you need a request for this. So I went to our fertility pharmacy we usually go to (I only go here for one med that my usual pharmacy doesn't carry) and they were happy to throw one in. No request from the dr necessary. Also since I get a compound medicine they told me I would have to call my insurance to see if I could get reimbursed. I called my insurance to see how to do that, and they said Vasco didn't even attempt to run it through my insurance.
