  • I called three plumbers in the east valley because my hot water heater was leaking. EZ was the only one to call me back. And I am glad they were the only ones. They are my only plumbers from now on. Scott called me back within 30 minutes - as promised by their dispatcher. Scott was able to come by the house later that same day to inspect the problem. He then did the research on my hot water heater and discovered it was still under Whirlpools warranty (Lowe's purchase). I was expecting that I would have to purchase a new one! Scott removed the old one, installed a new one and brought my pipes up to code. All completed within 24 hours of his initial inspection. I was very happy that I discovered EZ Flow with this problem. I highly recommend them.
