  • Currently on a plane from LAS to SFO & I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service! From getting our tickets at the counter to boarding to being on the plane, it's been great. Immediately after being seated, they asked if we wanted any drinks. And one of our flight attendants (whose name I can't remember), saw our coats in our laps and asked if we wanted them hung. Lastly, my boyfriend had recent ACL surgery and she asked if he needed a wheelchair when we landed. It was an extremely nice gesture, even though we did not need it It's been awhile since sitting first class, so the experience again was great!
