  • Horrible experience! Took our kids for my birthday. Water slides were closed but no mention of that till we walked down to the pool to find out ourselves. No mini fridge, no conditioner. You are forced to buy water for $3 per bottle inside the hotel. Their are time share salespeople waiting by every elevator and entrance of the hotel trying to get you to sign up for a tour. They are relentless!!!!!!!! My two kids suffered from asthma the 2 nights we were there from people on our non smoking floor smoking pot! This is the smokiest hotel I've even been in and I have stayed at plenty. They also charged me an extra $200 on my credit card that I am fighting to get removed now. Needless to say, terrible hotel! We rearranged our flights and left a whole day/night early but they wouldn't refund that night. I would stay clear of this outdated smoke filled hotel at all costs. No family friendly at all. Also we had to 1.5 hours to check into our room. Very outdated hotel.
