  • On Nov 7,2017 I took my car to Firestone in Concord Mills to have them change two tires and the service man put both tires on backwards. I did not notices it right away until about two days later. So, I took the car back and spoke with the manager and he had it corrected but i don't think i will be using them again. Under new management.
