  • I've frequented four other SoNY locations. This one is the worst quality by far. The quality/taste of the food lingered between stale and passable. The order was incorrect. However, it was carry out and I didn't want to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to prepare the food properly. Not sure why this chain isn't up to snuff. If you *must* order SoNY, try to find another location close by. I'd read the other reviews and thought, "It couldn't be that bad. It's a chain, they're all the same." Lesson learned.
