Purchased a toy and it did not work from day one. I understand they cannot accept returns of these items for health and safety reasons. My issues are the manufacturer (VeDO) will not send me an RMA number to return the products, I still have to pay for shipping it back even though the product is defective, and the manager Christine Sterling, has not been helpful in resolving this matter. I spoke with her several days ago and I have not received any follow-up. If you read through other reviews you will read similar situations with poor quality, cheap merchandise and bad customer service. Stay away!
I have changed review from 1 star to 3: Management (Christine) was finally able to get the manufacturer to send me a new product, and I do not even have to return the defective one. I am happy about that because why should I pay return shipping for a defective product anyway? The company has redeemed themselves somewhat. I have purchased other electronics there in the past but, many of them do break fairly quickly. It is cheap stuff unless you spend more than $80 for your toy. If you buy anything there keep your receipt.
