rev:text	I'm a (recent) local and am just now venturing into frequent stay-cations. Bally's appears to be on its way out. The elevator to the hotel/casino from the parking garage smelled of urine. We asked to switch the method of payment (from one card to another) from when we reserved online and the kid behind the desk said it was no problem. Only...he didn't change the method of payment at all, only charged the $28 resort fee to the new payment method. Well, ok then. Rooms weren't spectacular and my view was of a parking garage. This was during the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight so I'm trying to look past the guy who was flipping chairs over in the casino and the heavy weed smoke in the elevators but its hard to do. All that being said the price was reasonable and it really is center strip. I'll probably put out a few more bucks and stay somewhere else though...
