Update on Sprint Service Center:
They have changed their policies (Sprint). My husband did not stick around to find out the exact details but in a nutshell, they now really suck. He went to get his phone repaired and they told him they could not help him, that he would have to wait 3-5 days for new parts to come in for his phone and then said that they were sorry but Sprint changed their policy on customer service.
The people there are still really awesome though. My husband proceeded to cancel his account with them. This is our business phone and we need prompt customer service! As soon as he did that, a manager came out to assist him. Then, magically, they had a brand new replacement phone for him.
Like I said the people here are still awesome. They still want to help as best they can. But... now Sprint has placed major restrictions on them. So, I just needed to update to let you all know that you probably will no longer get the awesome customer service that I talked about in my previous review. So, if your phone needs service - don't delay in sending it in to get fixed. It will take awhile for them to assist you now. I knew they were too good to be true.
So "Yay, I am still a fan" because of the employees trying their best to help - but now Sprint itself (like you are surprised) sucks!
