I travel to Pittsburgh each week for work, and love having the opportunity to continue my practice while I'm downtown.
I highly recommend Bend. It has a great 7 pm vinyasa flow class on Mondays and Tuesdays, led by a terrific instructor who is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. It is clean, convenient, and the relatively small class sizes offer the opportunity for more attention than you might get otherwise - its perfect for beginners, but also more intermediate yogis as well to take their practice to the next level.
