  • UPDATE: I got a very harassing message from one of the "security." Wow. This review is MY opinion. MY experience. I am definitely going to call Surrender and report you. I have been meaning to write this review...so here we go. Thank you Surrender, for single-handedly being the WORST nightclub that I have been to in Vegas so far. I would consider myself a Vegas veteran having been to many of the nighclubs several times. I have purposely tried to avoid Surrender because I've always heard bad things about it. My friend wanted to go last minute, so we all bought presale tickets (that were not cheap btw). The club itself is tiny and the way the dance floor is set up is super awkward. The drinks were also bad, bad, bad. My friend wanted to throw up after her first sip. But...the worst part is the service and staff. I have never in my life encountered such RUDE staff at a nightclub. And yes...and I remember one staff member in particular. This lady named MICHELLE was extremely rude to me and my friends. One of my friends was already feeling really sick that whole night so I decided to take her to the restroom just in case she needed to throw up. She was NOT drunk, but this Michelle lady kept insisting that we were drunk and kicked us out. She started talking down to me like I was stupid and accusing us of being drunk. I had enough so I demanded to talk to a manager. A manager came out and after evaluating my friend, he decided that she was indeed NOT drunk. We were finally let back in. Sorry Surrender, I understand your policies, but I do not like being talked down to like I'm stupid. I insist you fire Michelle, because she is not doing your club any favors. We were paying customers who bought $$$ of your bad alcohol, so I don't appreciate how my group of friends were treated that night. I have already told multiple groups of friends to not go to Surrender. Maybe you should think again before you start accusing us of something we did not do.
