The first time my fiancé and I came here was about two years ago to look for my engagement ring. We came in about 45 min before closing. This place had good selections of engagement rings and jewelries. The rings on display however, didn't look pleasing to the eye. It looked quite dull which makes it seem low quality. The woman who helped us said that these were just displays and that the real ones that we order will be brighter and shinier. I just thought if someone was selling a product that cost thousands of dollars to me, shouldn't the display product be the best quality and actually look good? We both felt like the woman who helped us was a little pushy and wanted us to buy it before closing. As soon as she felt like we weren't going to buy it that same day, she started rushing us out. I understand that it was closing time and everyone wants to go home. So we went somewhere else and ended up buying the engagement ring there.
Fast forward to last couple months, we were in search for wedding bands. My fiancé didn't want to go due to the bad experience we had before, however I wanted to give them another try. Maybe we were unlucky that day. We walked in and the place was extremely busy. The same woman that helped us two years ago came up to us and wanted to help us. We looked at a few wedding bands for about 10 minutes and while my fiancé and I were discussing about the price and how it looked on my engagement band, the woman told us she'll be back, she needed to help another customer. I think she forgot about us because she never came back...so we left. I understand the place is busy, but we felt like we weren't valued as customers. I remembered her saying she doesn't work on commission, but it sure seemed like it. Both times, bad experiences and that's really a shame.
