  • By far the worst customer service I have ever had. They were here for about 15 minutes left without notifying me. This all a day before my sons birthday party. Not only did they do a bad job the woman on the phone had horrible CS. Although they said they'd come back they never did. So my entire day was spent waiting on them to get back. None of my party set up got done till super late and rushed do to the lack of professionalism from this company. Not to mentioned over priced. Thankfully I paid with a check took plenty of photos and will be disputing the charge. Not that that will mend the impact this had on my sons party. HORRIBLE!!! -5 stars is my rating.
