  • I bought a coupon from Living Social for $24 for tile and grout cleaning of up to 1200 square feet. I didn't see any reviews but I thought it was a great deal (actually too good to be true) and worth the try for the price. The scheduling was very easy. I got an email confirmation right away. The morning of the appointment Matt called to confirm and 30 minutes prior to arrival, he called again. I thought that was very professional. When he came in, inspected the area, he said it was very soiled that it needs extra cleaning for the grout. He priced it at $300 if I pay by card and $260 if I pay cash and said it will take 2 hours to get the job done. I was not expecting to pay more and just use my coupon but at the same time, I wanted my floor clean. My husband didn't want me to get exhausted from cleaning the house and offered $200 cash. Matt agreed. After close to an hour, he said they're almost done and collected the money. I told him "I thought you said it will take 2 hours to clean (for the cost that we're paying)?" He said " We were able to get it done quicker." Told us also that it will take 6 hours for the grout to get dry. Our floors were all wet. Since it was our first time, we didn't know what to expect and believed what he said. By the time we came home at night. The tile area got dry but it was muddy and dirty that we have to clean it again. Like the other reviews here, he did the same thing to us and we spent $200 for a job that wasn't worth it. We felt tricked and scammed! I will never use this company again!
