I have only the utmost respect for Mr. Roske. He is honest, smart, humble, compassionate and the best attorney I have ever had. He represented me in a Family Case.
My now ex-husband was arrested for Battery / Domestic Violence. Prior to this (my ex being arrested), I had a wonderful rewarding job with Department of Defense in California and supported my kids and myself without any help from my then husband who resided in Las Vegas. I had originally left him and moved to CA with the kids because of abuse but he persuaded me to leave my job and move to and live with him in L.V. and us work on being a family again. I went back to him and within about two weeks I found myself being strangled and my head bashed into a night stand. I was blessed I jumped through a window and police were called which is when the arrest occurred.
I had no money (I had resigned from my job to try to reconcile our marriage) and was served papers that my ex was seeking Divorce, Full Physical and Legal Custody of my children. I was sick to my stomach until a Victim Advocate who was helping me reached out to Mr. Roske to ask for help in my Family Court Matter. He took my case PRO-BONO and treated it both professionally and seriously. My case was long almost an entire year many hearings and motions were filed by my ex pretty much everything possible. Anyways Mr. Roske worked on my case and maintained other clients cases. We prevailed in every way.
After the case was over I reapplied to my job with Department of Defense (Very Competitive Job) and was rehired to the job I had resigned from before the matter. Another example I would like to include to highlight his true investment in his clients cases is during the Court Matters and that time all I could think about was, "I can't believe my husband is doing this, lying under oath, making outrageous claims that I am a porn addicted, drug abusing, alcoholic." I served Active Duty Military for seven years and then a Federal Civil Service Job with DOD and Reserves as well and maintained a Top Secret Clearance and was drug tested regularly as part of the job just weeks before the matter was heard. Mr. Roske isn't just smart he is very clever. He thinks and asks questions in court that left me thinking "Why didn't I think of that, when that was all I could do at the time."
Since I am on Yelp I'd like to elaborate a bit on a different attorney who just makes me shake my head in disgust. After my ex's arrest he hired Attorney Rebekah Baumgardner. In Court she focused on these lies of my ex that I was porn addicted saying I spent money on it instead of bills when she Rebekah Baumgardner was in Playboy, I applaud her PAST physical fitness and PAST looks but find it hypocritical that she tried to paint my character as porn addicted / drug addict when she was in a magazine that promotes pornography. Besides even if I was which I am not porn addicted iI wouldn't pay for something that is overflowing on the Internet for absolutely free. Furthermore, she actually tried very hard to discredit the North Las Vegas Police Officers who Responded and were subpoenaed to testify their testimony, skills inherent in their job, and competence of Americas Finest Police Officers, specifically those who serve and protect in the area she works and lives. So if you want someone who in my opinion has no moral Ethics, a hypocrite, attempts to and will attack a victim of domestic battery with lies of her clients that she is aware of then that is your girl. I do not know nor can I say she has, but I would not be surprised if she would be happy taking a child rapist who she knows is guilty. Maybe she would have been excited to represent the Houston shooter (Had He Not been Killed) that recently took the lives of Police Officers protecting Protesters as she appears disrespectful to police and loves attention. Just Google simply Google her name you'll see she has pictures posted all over. Sure I know it is part of the business attorneys represent clients who are innocent or victims and also criminals - and that is fine with me. - It is when an attorney represents someone who is the worse of the worse because they crave more - $$$$ MONEY $$$$with Greed & Fame-Pride. This is in my opinion how the lowest Scum get away with murder for example: Casey Anthony & O.J. Mr. Roske is a committed and dedicated attorney to all his clients he is the best. I would say the same no matter the outcome of my case. But for the record WE WON! To the other poster that makes disrespectful comments about his staff, that was rude and if you had a problem with his staff you should not have approached or continued to pursue services if it was a problem for you. People often comment when they don't what they want. Even the best attorneys cannot Win Every Case. Attorney Roske is 2nd to none in my book!
