Had to stay here again and I was REALLY unhappy.
The main issue stemmed from my door lock. My card continually stopped working. After three times, I was promised a tech would go see to it ASAP. I returned to my room thirty minutes later and found that my car was not working. This worried me as a tech was supposed to take care of it.
I returned to the front desk to learn no one went to see it. I had my card reset again. I was then met at my door by a technician. He said the spring was bad in the door. I don't really know what that means. However, he spent less than three minutes with it. Why did I have to go to the front desk five times to tell them my door lock wasn't working? Something that was obviously simple couldn't be fixed quicker? The desk people just kept saying I must have kept it near my phone. I assure them it was not near my phone. It was beyond frustrating.
They customer service could have been better.
