  • Totally agree with Elaine S. I went in 2014 for the Halloween costume party. It was really disorganized and I am surprised that they did NOT improve over the years. They run many rounds of Halloween costume party per day to make the most profit. Definitely not worth the money and will not ever go back. We signed up their unlimited gym membership when it was newly opened, and the owner gradually reduced the class frequency to a point that there were only 2 times per week (from almost 7 times per week) that we could attend as my kid was bigger. After reflecting the concern of low weekly class frequency, the owner claimed that the weather was warmer (April/May) so my bigger kid (who was only 4.5 at that moment) can go to the park more often than coming into the gym. Also with the reduced class frequency for this bigger kid age group, they can attend the nearby Unionville Library art & craft time rather than attending the gym!! What is the problem with the owner and what is she thinking?! Does this even make any sense for diverting your unlimited membership kids to other places and not to attend the gym classes? In the last month before our membership expired, she would not say hi to us as opposed to before the owner would greet us nicely when we walked into the gym. Fine, I don't need you to greet me when we walk in, maybe you're too busy to see us walking in. The owner gave us "black face" and "rolled eyes" to us when it was my kids turn to do the challenge, or walked away to helped another kid when it was my kid's turn! UNFAIR treatment once she found out we would not re-new the membership!!!!! I know a lot of moms think the owner is nice, yes she is nice when you first joined, and when she thinks you will continue to pay for the more gym classes. So, my recommendation is, go ahead and give it a try, and just be happy with whatever she offers, then she will be nice to you. Don't ever let her know you will stop paying for class later on, and don't let her know you decide not to re-new membership, and you'll be fine. One more thing, the owner has all her right to reduce your age group class frequency in order to squeeze in higher profit classes. If you say a word to her about it, you better have a plan B to quit soon LOL.
