Salesperson was great...met with him and chose the door in the wintertime. Scheduled a spring installation for a glass screen door.
We discussed a couple weeks before and confirmed our date again. I made sure someone was going to be home etc.
By fluke I called the day before to confirm what time they were arriving. Was told that I was no longer scheduled. I explained that I had had this booked for some time. The receptionist was very nice and found the mixup, but still couldn't fit me in because of a larger job already scheduled downtown.
Um... okay...
Door finally got installed on another day. Good door... installed, well. Etc.
Had some questions about the door afterwards and had a small issue with it... communicating with the owner of this company became a little bit of a headache. I had to reach out 4 times before I got a response. He came to look at the door... and I found his customer service skills a little bit on the rough side.
He agreed that there was slight issue and he would contact the manufacturer. So... three weeks go by and still nothing. So, I again go chasing. He responded saying he would email them again. They were contacted... a very nice gentleman from the manufacturer came out and quickly resolved the issue.
The door looks great... works great... and we love it and that is why I have bumped this up to a 2 star. But the communication, specifically with the owner of the company was greatly lacking. I often felt like he wished I would just go away and stop bothering him.
So... yeah... quality door... but customer service is lacking here. Would not deal with this company again.
