  • Beware: They are experts at up-selling. They want you to buy the most expensive suit they can talk you into--not the suit that best fits your needs. We went there because we wanted experts on suits to help us pick the best ones for everyday wear and get a good fit.They sold us two beautiful suits more expensive than we meant to spend but they looked really nice. Result: The back of the coat and pants were already beginning to wrinkle after 1/2 hour of wearing it. He wore it for several hours then for all day. It was a mess of wrinkles. I tried to return it and they said they don't return items that have been altered. All suits must be altered because they are sold unfinished. They said he can get it ironed there for free anytime. Well it is going to be mighty inconvenient to have to take it in multiple times a week to get it ironed. I don't think that is going to happen. If they would have just paid attention to the customer requirements and sold him a suit with a durable fabric we would not be angry, disgruntled customers. Let us warn you to be sure you know a lot about suits before you venture to buy one here. Get yourself educated somewhere else and don't rely in these sales people to have your interests in mind. They only care about their profit and commission.
