  • I did not have a good time while staying at the Flamingo. I only stayed at this casino to support the gaming convention I attended in Las Vegas. The rooms were standard hotel rooms with very basic amenities (i.e., only soap and shampoo were given). There is a safe and blow dryer in the room. No mini bar, stocked fridge, or bottle of water. The elevators are horrible. There are two sets of elevators and they are on opposite ends of the hotel. If you are staying in the Habitat Tower, you will need to walk across the casino with your luggage to get to your room. There are also stairs in the way so you have to pick up and carry your luggage from the hotel desk to the Habitat Tower. I also found the taxi drop off very inconvenient. You have to walk up a huge flight of stairs with your luggage to get to the hotel check in desk. There was not concierge to help us when we arrived at 8pm on a Thursday night. The restaurants and food court are nothing special and the animal habitat is a simple 10 minutes attraction. Overall, I did not like my time at the Flamingo and will not be staying there again.
