  • Talk about outstanding customer service! I called about a hard to locate handgun and spoke to Chris. He was extremely informative and unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for in stock. He reassured me that he would let me know if it did become available. In my head, I'm thinking: "Sure! Call back my a$$..." I hear that ALL the time, but the follow-up is always atrocious. To my amazement, a week later, I get a call from Chris that the gun is in stock and that he would hold it for me until closing. Pricing is as expected and he was kind enough to sell me the completely "virgin" gun--still in the packaging--which he didn't have to do. Painless (although I have my CCW) and quick transaction. Found my guys. Amazing job Chris! Thanks again. Someone will have a very Merry Christmas!
