  • Terrible Experience. PLEASE READ I made a YELP account just to express how bad of a experience i had with this apartment complex. I just moved out January and I have to say this was a by far just terrible all around. Was charged outrageous move out fees and the maintenance of the place was worst then most places I've lived at. For the price i was paying monthly i really expected a lot better, didn't even enjoy the scenery and was just a stressful environment. When i first moved in it was owned by a different company and now it was changed over to another company and it's just gone downhill from there. Just wanted to warn anyone who applies and just do your research before committing to a one year lease here.
