  • I have been multiple places to get my brows done and this is the absolute worst. A. I have called to make an appointment and it feels like every time I do there is always some one new, it seems like there is very high turnover. B. I can't get over how filthy the rooms are, it's such a TINY room. I removed my shoes and when I got back up to put them on the carpet was repulsive. C. The owners are pushy and fake, you don't have to try and have a conversation with me I come for Mackenzie, obviously not you. All in all, there are better sugaring places in the valley, I feel bad for the girls working there because it seems like such a hostile work environment. If I can cut the tension with a knife I can only imagine what they deal with. I give them one star because yes Mackenzie can do brows. But once she is gone, I I'll be moving on as well.
