  • Since moving to Vegas about 5yrs ago, I have unfortunately been dealing with many vendors who never show up when they say they will or don't show up at all. And they don't even call to tell you that they're running late or that they need to reschedule. Really!? Therefore, when I needed to get a chip repaired on two cars, at two different times, it was REFRESHING to meet Alex, who contacted me soon after I left a message for him, and was on time and courteous for both appointments. And he also knows his stuff! He explained the types of chips I had, and was confident that he could fix them, though because the one was in pretty bad shape, he cautioned me that there was 'a chance' that it could get worse when he started working on it. I appreciated his honesty. Anyway, both chips came out beautifully, and he walked away with a VERY HAPPY customer. He is now my go-to for windshield chip repair, and someone I would definitely recommend to others.
