  • Previous management company was so-so but much better than new management company that took over around a year ago. I do not recommend moving here. They have done dumb "renovations" like paint the pool area ugly colors only to have to paint it back to a more neutral color later. They had the pool out of commission pretty much the entire month of May for an unimpressive resurfacing job - seriously, fix the pool in January not the best month in Phoenix to swim before it gets to hot! The grills do not work anymore. The front office staff are very rude which makes picking up packages hard.
