First and for most, I would first like to indicate that I've always purchased Louis Vuitton products and have always come to notice the immediate turn around in customer service when you buy a purse and return a purse. My recent experience was one that I will never forget and always remember before I ever purchase from this worthless and scamful brand, LV. We entered a Louis Vuitton store this past month on my visit to Las Vegas where I got married. My husband wanted to buy me a new LV bag. After we flew home I was remorseful I didn't get a larger bag and went immediately to the local LV store and asked to exchange the purse for a different, larger style.
Her immediate action was to take the purse and get it examined for damages I assumed. Unfortunately, the lady came back with a fierce attitude and told me that the purse had damage because it had been worn and wasn't in pristine condition. I thought to myself for a second and said, "We just purchased a bag for $2700 US dollars and it's already with stain?" I instantly requested to speak to the manager and was told that there was nothing he could do for me. Headquarters also backs up their store managers instantly, regardless of the situation or circumstances. I never used the bag. It was boxed up after purchase and carried in box while we flew home. I called the LV at Bellagio where purchased and they told me to send back to the store, which I did and encountered the same attitude. (They are in process of sending back). Jennifer was terribly rude to me! Downright accusing me of using the bag, staining the handle. Horrible the way they treat customers after they purchase. Thinking of filing a claim with our credit card. Don't be the next scammed victim! Gucci and Goyard have very nice things.
