  • Pretty average. Nothing stands out as very bad, but nothing highly memorable either. For a 4 star rated hotel, I expected a little more lux. I choose this hotel as it is in very close proximity to the theater we were going to see a show at. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again, as the overall atmosphere just wasn't for me. Very subdued, starkly decorated, seems more oriented to the business traveler than vacationer. Bar area very small considering the size of the hotel. Very loud heating/cooling fan...almost like having a white noise machine. Overnight parking 40 CAN dollars!! No free wi-fi! Pros: Check in/out both in a timely manner. I did like that my suite had a little fridge, sink, fridge...even a little cooktop area! Bed was very comfortable, room was nice and clean. Centrally located, walking or subway distance to lots of things.
