| - DO NOT use Henderson Hyundai financing. Nick in finance was told by me several times that I did NOT want the maintenance programs. Once he got me signing my life away, talking so fast, I literally asked him to STOP TALKING SO FAST. He said "we have to". Unknown to me, I signed for $2,300 dollars worth of maintenance packages and related taxes. I realized this only two days later when I had time to sit down and look over all the papers. It has now taken me 8 WEEKS, two extra visits (gas used) and 32 phone calls totaling 100 cell phone minutes to get these cancelled and get my money returned. All of this cost me $75.00 in administrative costs to the warranty company and Henderson Hyundai refuses to refund me the $137.62 in taxes. I spoke with Nicholas twice, when he was rude to me I asked for his boss and spoke with Mark who told me it would be taken care of in 30 days. Then on the 31st day when it wasn't taken off my balance I called again. Now I asked for Mark's boss and was given Chris Clark. Mr. Clark then told me it would take 90 to 120 days, not the 30 days mark told me. When I got angry, he then told me it would be taken care of in 10 business days. He assured me that the entire amount INCLUDING THE TAXES would be taken off my balance owed once the warranty company cancelled. On the 10th day, the amounts did not match. I called Hyundai Credit. They said that they couldn't do anything I had to call the United States Warranty Corp. I called them and was informed that they had to take $75.00 in administrative fees and I would have to call Hyundai about the taxes. When I called Hyundai AGAIN, I waited on hold for so long that I was automatically switched to a joint voice mail. Later I received a call from Vito. He assured me he would check into it and call me the following day. He said that he worked with Chris and that Chris talks to nobody, so I guess the Chris I talked to lied about who he was. Anyway, Vito did not call the next day, Mark did and he was rude and indignant about not giving me my tax money back. DO NOT DEAL with Henderson Hyundai for financing. Nicholas is crooked and tricked me into signing, Mark lied to me, Chris lied to me and Mark and Nicholas were very rude. They still owe me $213.12. They will put you on hold and make you keep calling hoping it will wear you down and you'll go away. I for one am NOT GOING AWAY! I will find the owner if it takes forever, I want my money!!!!!
