  • Horrible sales experience 4/28. Went in to look at the Hyundai Tucson. Was seated at a desk, quizzed about my phone number, email address, they wanted to do a trade evaluation before I had even set eyes on the Tucson. I walked. Get it together, LMHP...it is crucial that you build a relationship with your customer, find out their needs so you can make an appropriate recommendation and potentially earn a customers business. There are lots of dealers to chose from, this is certainly one I would not recommend.
