  • I was recently sent to Barnes Fine Jewelers through my cousin's recommendation. I had smashed my wedding ring while traveling. The wedding ring, after 35 years of wear, needed re-sized and some prong work around the solitaire besides the distortion damage. Barnes very efficiently cut my ring off. The removal caused stress fractures on each side. They expertly advised me to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to allow my finger to attain it's proper size before determining where to re-size it. My ring was returned to me looking almost exactly like it did the day it was new. The work they completed was beautifully done without a single mark to even show it had been done. And their price was extremely reasonable. I will return there anytime I need any future jewelry work completed even though I reside in south Texas.
